HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT

Continuing to develop Chinese human resources, which are becoming more and more necessary, using our unique know-how.

Within our distribution business, we have been training and educating the Chinese staff members who arrange our company’s displays within Laox and Don Quixote, and this is a project we started because we felt we needed to focus on Chinese human resources, which will become even more necessary in the future. Most human resource dispatch companies run by Chinese people living in Japan do not pay as close attention to detail as Japanese people. However, our company places caretakers called “rounders” at various locations across the country, and they go to the stores every day and provide detailed support to the Chinese staff. This results in a lower turnover rate and in some stores our displays achieve the highest sales in the store. This process has supplied us with hints for how to develop human resources in a way that leads to company profits, so we are considering expanding our business of developing Chinese human resources, which are becoming more in demand.

Toward human resource dispatch services that both employees and employers are happy with.

We have been conducting inbound services targeting Chinese tourists since our founding, and so we have accumulated knowledge on how to approach Chinese people so that they will make purchases. At the same time, we have also built up a body of unique knowledge regarding care support for Chinese staff members cultivated by the “rounders” placed in various locations across the country. While of course preparing for increasing numbers of Chinese tourists in the future, we are also focusing on cultivating Chinese personnel and human resource development that will be profitable for both employees and employers by making use of both sides, and we are aiming at the creation of an unprecedented type of human resource dispatch service.
